Senior Project Manager (French & ServiceNow)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant with French and ServiceNow experience to join our team and support complex digital transformation initiatives in an international environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with ServiceNow-related projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time freelance project with a 1-year contract. Requirements: Senior commercial experience in IT Project Management, digital transformation, or management consulting, preferably within an international organisation or consulting environment. Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow, including implementations, integrations, migrations, or platform enhancements. French at C1/C2 level – fluent professional communication, both written and spoken. English at least B2+ level, preferably C1. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to delivery. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Practical experience in: Project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
