Our Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Pre-Sales builds the AI-assisted programs, coaching tools, and field relationships that help our Sales and SDR teams create and convert pipeline more effectively. This role owns pre-sales enablement end to end — discovery coaching, sales plays, onboarding, and QBR support — increasingly delivered and reinforced through AI-assisted tools (Claude-based coaching, role-play simulations, personalized content). This role is highly cross-functional, you will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and execute enablement programs that scale and deliver results across the Sales organization. Partner closely with the Director of Revenue Enablement, to contribute to and execute the overall Revenue Enablement strategy.
