As our ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite) (m/f/d), you build the first dedicated NetSuite capability in our Finance team and shape how 15 subsidiaries work with it. Your position in our team Take our Oracle NetSuite setup to best practice across 15 subsidiaries: find the biggest pain points, set priorities and put the improvements into practice. Build and extend automations in NetSuite: workflows, scripts, custom forms, roles, saved searches and reports. We are an AI-first company, so you work with LLMs such as Anthropic Claude or Gemini to build, query and document your configuration. Act as in-house consultant and implementer for Finance: guide our accountants hands-on, run process workshops and deliver in focused sprints. Safeguard the quality of month-end and year-end close, with traceable journal entries and reconciliations that hold up in a review. Support financial statement audits and system audits from the client side: evidence, auditor coordination and follow-up
