Sales Manager - Weather & Climate (EMEA & APAC)

We are seeking an ambitious, self-directed Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across EMEA and APAC and advance the digitization of the global weather and climate ecosystem. Operating with the autonomy of a regional owner, you will expand Spire ’s market presence across key industry segments, leverage our partner ecosystem to drive adoption of our forecast data, APIs, and decision-support solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a seller who is energized by how data and software are reshaping traditional industries and who wants to sell a product that is, quite literally, powered by space. What You’ll Do Own a territory: Build and execute a territory plan spanning EMEA and APAC, identifying and developing new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing client accounts. Exceed targets: Meet and surpass assigned quotas through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle deal execution. Build lasting relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the weather, climate, and earth intelligence ecosystem — understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions accordingly. Sell consultatively: Use a solution-selling approach to uncover clients’ operational pain points and propose tailored offerings built on Spire ’s weather forecasts, historical data, and climate analytics.
