As part of our continued growth in Sweden, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help build the next chapter of SPERTON Sweden. The Role Initially, the role will focus primarily on recruitment delivery and consultant hiring , taking ownership of the full recruitment process from requirement gathering to successful placement. For the right person, the role can naturally evolve into a broader 360 Recruiter / Business Development Manager position after approximately 3-6 months , including client acquisition, account development and commercial responsibility.
