Here's what we're looking for: 3 to 7 years of Account Director experience at a creative or advertising agency You're scrappy and resourceful, you know how to get things done without a lot of hand holding You've owned client relationships end to end and know how to keep multiple projects moving at the same time You're comfortable working alongside in-house creative teams and can collaborate with them seamlessly You're excited about culture, emerging technology and what's next, not just what's worked before You're a strong communicator who can keep clients confident and internal teams aligned You're comfortable jumping in fast with minimal ramp up time You understand budgets, timelines and SOWs You're a good human who enjoys working with other creative good humans!
