Monitoring Specialist Full-Time | Residential Solar Operations About This Role SpartanX is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Monitoring Specialist to support residential solar system performance, activation, funding, and project closeout. This position is responsible for monitoring solar systems, identifying performance issues, managing post-installation workflows, and ensuring projects progress successfully from installation through activation, funding, and completion. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience using Tesla, Qcells, and Enphase monitoring platforms who understands residential solar operations and can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and consistent follow-through.
