Inbound Business Account Representative

You will consistently exceed delivery on our promises to be helpful, personal, proactive, and committed by supporting our customers with internet, phone, and video services that help them stay connected to what matters most. We are open to hiring remote if we find the right talent in Phoenix, AZ. What you will do to contribute to the company's success Answers inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and works to retain Sparklight services and gross revenue on each transaction. Listens with empathy to build rapport with the customer. Identifies issues and offers resolutions using creative sales techniques. Achieves monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and adherence to schedules. Accurately and efficiently inputs orders using multiple order entry programs. Maintains current knowledge and understanding of competitors’ offers in order to provide our customers beneficial offers with Sparklight. Qualifications At least six months
