Engineering Engagement Lead (S&P 500 Customer) - LATAM

Space Inch is looking for an Engineering Engagement Lead to look after our engineers within a long-standing partnership with one of the largest investment managers in the U.S, who is a S&P 500 company . Our engineers work embedded in the client’s teams, and the client directs their day-to-day work. Your job is everything around that work: making sure each engineer meets Space Inch ’s standards, understanding what they’re building and why it matters to the client’s business, helping them grow, and keeping communication clear between our people and the client. This is a people, communication, and account role , which means that you won’t assign tasks, run sprints, or make architecture decisions. An engineering background is a preference, but it’s not a disqualifying criteria. What really matters is an engineer’s mindset : you can sit down with an engineer or a client’s engineering manager, understand what’s being built, and have a real conversation about it.
