Director of Strategy and Capabilities

Position Title: Director of Strategy and Capabilities Salary Range: Director of Strategy and Capabilities (Grade 19, Exempt). Annual salary range: $154,400 – $193,000. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience. Job Description Summary: The Director of Strategy and Capabilities is responsible for setting the strategy, direction, and implements tactics for how Enterprise Solutions grows. This position will define the cross-functional capabilities that connect people, process, data, and technology to client value and revenue, and directing the teams that bring them to life. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities and ensuring integration with wider functional strategy. Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets being managed within a significant area or department. Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department. Take responsibility for creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation. Participate in formulating the strategy and identifying, evaluating, and structuring key transactions to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation through the entire product life cycle.
