Role & Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting Build and maintain Soum ’s annual operating budget and rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, updated weekly. KPI Ownership & Reporting Own KPI dashboards covering GMV, take rate, contribution margin, CAC, and payback period. Publish weekly metrics with clear commentary. Budgeting & Spend Management Conduct monthly spend reviews across departments. Identify budget variances and provide root-cause analysis. Strategic Finance & Modeling Model unit economics for new initiatives, pricing, and expansion opportunities. Use AI tools for scenario analysis and present recommendations to the CFO.
