You will record, analyze, and optimize administration-specific processes taking into account register integration, OZG standards, and FIM models. Additionally, you will conduct business impact analyses and support the introduction of successful Business Continuity Management (BCM). The integration and evaluation of XÖV/FIM standards and register processes in cooperation with state authorities is also part of your responsibilities, as well as stakeholder management for tech-driven change projects in regional state and local administrations. Furthermore, you will moderate workshops, training sessions, and working groups on digitalization topics such as process recording, user-centricity, and register integration. Consulting means flexibility: your project deployment adapts to our clients and your project situation—you will work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site at the client, and from home. You have a successfully completed university degree in administrative sciences, business informatics, economics, or a related public field.
