About the Role
At Sopra Steria, we want to expand our team of Cloud Engineers who will form part of our Cloud Center of Excellence. What is the challenge we propose? Solve undocumented area problems and act as the technical reference for the squad. Administer and evolve the cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters of the area. Design and maintain the Terraform modules and Ansible roles used by the team. Design the area's deployment pipelines and quality controls. Train and support L2A and L1B profiles within the squad. Tackle the root cause of recurring incidents to prevent them from happening again. Log activities in ServiceNow and keep the CMDB accurate and up to date. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule when applicable to the assigned area. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cloud engineer, DevOps, or SRE in production environments, having served as the technical reference for a team. • Cloud: Azure as the primary provider and AWS within scope — compute, networking (VPC/VNet), IAM, storage, load balancing, and managed services. • Kubernetes and containers: EKS and AKS, Helm, cluster deployment, and operations. • Infrastructure as code: Terraform (essential) and Ansible. • Cloud observability and security applied to operations. • Operations under service-level agreements with logging in ServiceNow. Essential certification: at least one Associate certification from a hyperscaler; CKA is highly valued. What do we have for you? Permanent contract and full-time position.
