TNS provides a range of finance, compliance, consulting, and advisory services across multiple sectors and geographic areas in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Opportunity: Solon is undertaking the creation of a football player development system across West Africa—removing structural barriers to allow the continent's emerging talents to thrive. Launched in Ghana in April 2024, we are continuing the implementation of the first phase of this project: a free basic football training program for boys and girls starting from age 6.
