TNS is a professional services firm that builds the capacities of its clients within African markets, including those with significant challenges. TNS provides a range of finance, compliance, consulting, and advisory services across multiple sectors and geographic areas in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Opportunity: Solon is undertaking the creation of a football player development system across West Africa—removing structural barriers to allow the continent's emerging talents to thrive. Launched in Ghana in April 2024, we are continuing the implementation of the first phase of this project: a free grassroots football training program for boys and girls starting from the age of 6.
