Job Summary: The Compliance Analyst will analyze usage reports and abuse trends, identify fraudulent activity, enhance security workflows, and work with teams to mitigate risks. Key duties include data analysis, developing abuse prevention strategies. The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in detecting, preventing, and addressing illegal and unauthorized usage of subscription-based accounts. This position involves identifying abuse patterns, setting account limits, and resetting accounts to mitigate fraud or unauthorized access. The role also requires direct communication with legitimate customers and unauthorized users, ensuring account security and resolving issues through re-contracting and upselling initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
