Data Scientist with Machine Learning experience - Proficient Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python and Data Science libraries such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Pandas, Polars, Statsmodels, and SciPy. Experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, model validation, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis. Advanced handling of SQL, PySpark, and large-scale data processing. Experience working with data in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Storage (GCS) and Azure Blob Storage. Knowledge of software development best practices: Git, modular code, technical documentation, experiment tracking, and tools like MLflow. Desirable Skills: Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch for Deep Learning projects. Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems. Experience in cloud environments and deploying analytical solutions in production. Responsibilities Develop statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems, analyze large volumes of data, design experiments, validate hypotheses, and communicate findings clearly and actionably for different levels of the organization. Actively participate in the entire model lifecycle, from data exploration and preparation to documentation and monitoring.
