Procurement Specialist - Middle

Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and optimise procurement processes. In this role, you’ll help ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality goods and services to support the company’s operational needs and continued growth. Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for managing procurement activities that ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Your work will help optimise purchasing processes, maintain reliable supplier partnerships, and ensure the company has the resources it needs to operate efficiently and support its continued growth. Key responsibilities: Research, compare, and select suppliers to secure the best prices, discounts, and purchasing terms. Manage procurement and logistics of IT hardware across multiple regions, including Asia, Europe, South America, and others. Coordinate delivery and collection of equipment for employees, including shipment, pickup, replacement, and return logistics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware records in 1C. Coordinate the transfer of equipment to service centers for repair and provide the necessary information to responsible colleagues. Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment assigned to employees. Conduct regular inventory checks for warehouse stock and equipment
