Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Deputy Head of Finance Infrastructure to drive the technical execution and transformation of our financial systems. You'll work alongside the Head of Finance Infrastructure as an architect, engineer, and technical leader — helping redesign our finance platform from a complex, interconnected system into a modular, scalable product while maintaining focus on delivery excellence and technical quality. Key responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the finance systems architecture, identify technical debt, and define areas for improvement and modernization. Develop a refactoring and modernization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical requirements, and scalability. Lead a team of approximately 33 professionals across Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure, setting technical standards and ensuring effective team performance. Manage and mentor 4 team leads, supporting their professional development and strengthening leadership capabilities. Structure and prioritize a large technical backlog, translating business needs into clear milestones, priorities, and deliverables. Oversee the development and integration of new financial system instances, including Budgeting, Treasury, Payroll, etc. Ensure seamless integration between systems and maintain high standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.
