Laserfiche Process Automation Specialist / Developer 1551

This is a remote position. The Laserfiche Process Automation Specialist / Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows, eForms, and business processes within the Laserfiche platform. This professional collaborates closely with business units to analyze requirements, optimize operations, and ensure that Laserfiche solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Laserfiche tools with a strong focus on process improvement and automation. Key Responsibilities: Laserfiche Workflow and Process Development Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes, and eForms to improve efficiency. Configure process logic, routing rules, and automation tasks in Workflow Designer. Integrate Laserfiche with external systems and databases using lookups, web services, or custom scripts. Test, debug, and deploy workflows ensuring compliance with business and security standards. System Configuration and Administration Configure and maintain templates, metadata, and folder structures for document management. Manage folder-level security, permissions, and retention policies to ensure compliance. Set up database lookups, field rules, and form logic for data validation and automation.
