This is a remote position. We are seeking a Director of Technology & AI to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of technology initiatives across a fast-growing SaaS organization. This role will oversee engineering operations, AI innovation, product scalability, infrastructure, and technical execution while ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with experience managing software development teams, driving AI adoption, scaling SaaS platforms, and building efficient systems and processes.
