The Opportunity: We are looking for an individual to act as the Tech Lead for the Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) squad within the On Demand Services structure, serving as the main technical reference in the conception, architecture, development, and evolution of technological solutions. This position will play a fundamental role in the technical leadership of the team, ensuring the application of software engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, security, and efficiency of the solutions developed. The professional will work directly on application development, system integrations, automations, cloud solutions, and technological innovation initiatives, contributing to the continuous evolution of the On Demand services portfolio. In addition to technical work, the role will have a consultative participation with the Commercial area, supporting client meetings, identifying opportunities, evaluating technical feasibility, defining scopes, preparing estimates, and presenting proposed solutions.
