The Opportunity We are looking for a professional to work in Customer Enablement and Training for the SoftExpert Suite, promoting solution adoption, user autonomy, and efficient daily product utilization. Plan and execute functional and technical training sessions on the SoftExpert Suite according to the needs and objectives of each project. Develop educational and practical content based on needs identified with clients. Prepare enablement support materials, such as guides, presentations, videos, and FAQs. Provide guidance services to clients to facilitate understanding, adoption, and efficient use of the solution. Apply learning strategies to identify and overcome difficulties in using the system. Customize content and training approaches based on the user profile and maturity level of each client. Analyze metrics related to solution usage and propose improvements to enablement strategies and materials. Education
