Software Engineer Clipper/PL-SQL/C#/Delphi

What are we looking for? We are looking for a Development professional specializing in Clipper, PL/SQL, and C#/Delphi to join our Software Engineering team. Our Outsourcing Management area will work closely with you, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural absorption, and your career progression. What you will do: Development and maintenance of applications using Clipper and PL/SQL, ensuring code efficiency and quality. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Analysis of existing systems, proposing improvements and optimizations to increase application performance and usability. Participation in all phases of the software development life cycle, from conception to implementation and support. Technical documentation of developed processes and systems, ensuring information is accessible for future maintenance. Mentoring less experienced developers, promoting knowledge sharing and good programming practices. Requirements for this position include: Solid experience in development with Clipper and PL/SQL. Knowledge of other programming languages such as C# and Delphi will be considered a plus. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different areas of the organization.
