QA Engineer

What are we looking for? We are looking for a QA Engineer to work with our partner. Our Outsourcing Management area will be close to you, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, absorption of our culture, and the evolution of your career. What you will do: Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of systems developed in Java. Perform functional, integration, and regression tests, ensuring that solutions meet technical and business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes and obtained results. Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives, contributing insights regarding software quality. Monitor and report quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements to development and testing processes. What you need to have: Solid knowledge in Java and practical experience in agile development environments. Proven experience in test automation and testing tools. Ability in requirements analysis and creation of test cases. Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal communication. Desirable background and engagement: Certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB. Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments.
