Senior Software Engineer

What are we looking for? We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer to join our team, working on the development of systems that support operations, with a special focus on solutions for donation management. We are looking for a professional with solid back-end development experience, a collaborative profile, analytical thinking, and the ability to contribute technically to the evolution of architectures, processes, and business solutions. What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications using Java and Oracle/SQL. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Ensure code quality through good development practices, testing, and code reviews. Perform integrations between systems and APIs, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Participate in defining system architecture and selecting technologies and tools. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technological infrastructure. Support the evolution of solutions that support cooperative operations. What you need to have: Solid knowledge of Java and Oracle/SQL. Proven experience with back-end system development in enterprise environments. Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and/or Kanban. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different business and technology areas. Strong analytical capacity.
