UGC Copywriter & Creative Concepter (m/f/d)

Social Heaven, part of trafficdesign | 100% remote possible, or from our offices in Cologne and Hamburg | Full-time | Starting immediately. Responsibilities #yourrole 🚀 UGC ads in 18 days, over 800 per month, for DTC brands in beauty, food, supplements, fashion, and health. Between the client briefing and the finished ad lies a lot of organization, intuition, and a sense of quality. That is precisely what we are looking for you for. You are the person who translates a client brief into concrete content ideas, selects the right creators from over 900 applicants, briefs them, accompanies them through production, and ultimately decides what is good enough. And you are the person our clients speak with regarding this exact content. #yourtasks 🔥 Research & Angles: You dive deep into the product, target audience, reviews, and competition, extracting the exact phrases your target audience uses themselves. From this, you build angles that hit the mark—per brand, per funnel stage, per platform. 🔥 Hooks & Scripting: Your core business. You write hooks in series, test variants against each other, and build scripts for UGC ads, street interviews, and advertorials from them. Conversational rather than promotional, clear enough for a creator to execute without follow-up questions, yet open enough to preserve their personality. 🔥 Ad Concepts: You don't think in terms of isolated texts, but in concepts. Format, flow, visual ideas, text layers, call-to-action. From the first second to the payoff, everything is on paper before production begins.
