Working Student (m/f/d) – Field Force Support & CRM Data Quality (Veeva)

20 hrs/week | 6 months, extension possible | 100% remote in Germany. Your Responsibilities: First-level support for the field force regarding questions and requests concerning Veeva; Processing and maintaining physician lists in Veeva; Correcting and updating HCP master data (e.g., addresses, contact details); Performing data exports, data entries, and data reconciliations; Documenting work processes and creating quick guides in German; Prospectively: Onboarding new colleagues and explaining Veeva processes. Your Profile: Currently enrolled at a state-recognized university in Germany (proof required upon interview invitation), field of study does not matter; Very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1), as support and documentation are provided in German; Good English skills; Very high diligence and accuracy, even with repetitive tasks; Reliable, structured, and independent working style; Motivation to dive deep into Veeva and pass on your knowledge in an understandable way; Proficient handling of Excel and digital tools; Residence and workplace in Germany.
