What you will do with us: You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons. You support our customers from the initial contact to contract conclusion and assist them through all phases. With your intuition and a solid needs analysis, you find out what your customers really need and help them secure the optimal loan offer. Help our customers fulfill their wishes completely without cold calling, as all our customers have actively left their data with us. With our modern communication tools and digital closing options provided by our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday. This is you: You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail).
