You will conduct structured sales pitches: needs assessment, presentation of suitable financing models, and professional objection handling. You will support your customers from initial contact to closing with a partner bank, ensuring consistently high-quality consulting. You will work closely with our bank partners to ensure efficient processing of financing requests. What you bring: You possess the required professional qualification as a real estate loan intermediary pursuant to Section 34i of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) (e.g., through completed training as a banking/real estate specialist or a corresponding IHK expert knowledge examination). You bring several years of professional experience in mortgage finance consulting. You convince clients on the phone with your high consulting competence and communication skills.
