What You'll Do Generate new leads through prospect research, cold calling, and proactive outbound outreach Respond rapidly to new inbound leads to maximize contact rates and conversion opportunities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects, introduce services, and generate interest Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, interest, and readiness to move forward Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team Re-engage unresponsive leads and nurture prospects through persistent follow-up Prepare and send quotes and follow up to encourage prospect
