Accounting, Consolidation and Treasury Director

The position: Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you are the technical reference for the group's accounting function. You manage accounting, consolidation, taxation, and treasury. You are also a key player in external growth, from target analysis to their integration. You are a director who loves technical work and dives into it, not a simple supervisor: you guarantee the reliability of accounts, advance tools, and strengthen the link between headquarters, agencies, and construction sites. Your main missions: Management of accounting and closings Manage general accounting, with an accounting manager who will handle general accounting and a residual part of accounts payable (mainly headquarters). Ensure the functional link with the group's accounting team based in Morocco, which handles most accounts payable under the authority of the local manager. Guarantee the quality and deadline compliance of closings. Consolidation and taxation Supervise group consolidation with the consolidator. Support and supervise external tax service providers on various current or upcoming topics, particularly in the context of external growth. Treasury Manage group treasury with the treasury manager and their team. External growth Upstream: participate in due diligence and acquisition operations. Downstream: conduct integration
