WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and improving enterprise identity, endpoint management, and core IT systems. This role focuses on Azure/Entra ID administration, Microsoft Intune device management, and SSO enhancements to strengthen security, reliability, and end-user experience. The Systems Administrator also supports asset and software lifecycle management, handles escalations from the service desk, and drives continuous improvements across IT operations. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Identity, Access, and SSO Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, roles, conditional access, and authentication policies. Design, implement, and enhance Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with SaaS and internal applications (SAML/OIDC), including troubleshooting authentication issues. Maintain and improve identity governance practices (access reviews, lifecycle processes, and role-based access controls).
