The ideal candidate must have experience configuring and maintaining the Vertex tax engine itself, not simply integrating Vertex with SAP. This includes configuring tax rules, product taxability, jurisdictions, exemptions, tax determination, and troubleshooting tax calculation issues across both SAP and Vertex. Key Responsibilities SAP SD Functional Configuration Configure and support SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, and credit/debit memos. Configure pricing procedures, condition types, tax determination, and billing functionality. Support integration between SAP SD, FI, MM, and Vertex. Troubleshoot SAP pricing, billing, and tax calculation issues. Develop functional specifications and support testing and enhancements. Vertex Functional Configuration & Administration Perform hands-on functional configuration directly within Vertex O
