This person will help manage a team of Brand Creator Associates (BCAs, and contribute to a portfolio of complex client accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants both people management and direct client management, sitting at the intersection of affiliate strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is energized by affiliate and creator marketing: outreach at scale, identifying performance patterns across hundreds of creators, and the operational detail that makes a program run smoothly.
