We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven Full-Desk Legal Recruiters who enjoy developing new business, building client relationships, and connecting talented legal professionals with career opportunities. These are 100% remote positions offering the opportunity to build and manage your own permanent placement desk within an established national organization. These roles offer a base salary + a generous commission structure. Each state has different salary guidelines, so the specific salary ranges will be discussed once contact is made to candidates by our recruiter.
