Technical Sales Support (Healthcare)

Join Our Team at Silgan Dispensing! Silgan Dispensing is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Support professional to support our North America Healthcare business. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in healthcare, pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, or filling equipment who enjoys working directly with customers and collaborating across teams. In this position, you will serve as a key technical resource, partnering with customers, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), the Sales team, and internal departments to support projects from initial concept through commercialization. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and support to the North America Healthcare Sales team. Lead technical discussions with customers, fillers, CDMOs, and internal stakeholders. Support filling lines, packaging lines, validation activities, and commercialization projects. Coordinate customer projects from initial concept through successful commercialization. Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met. Troubleshoot technical and quality-related issues, working with internal teams to identify effective solutions.
