As SIL continues to grow its network of donors, grantors, and funding partners, this position serves as a central hub for collecting and managing project information, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring that project proposals and reports meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and donor compliance. This globally focused role is responsible for overseeing the systematic collection, analysis, tracking, and reporting of project data to support grant management, fundraising initiatives, and strategic decision-making. The Project Monitoring Officer works closely with project leaders, fundraisers, and organizational stakeholders to develop compelling proposals, monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and provide timely reporting that strengthens donor relationships and demonstrates impact.
