Specification Manager

Then you might be our new Specification Manager. As a Specification Manager at Sika Danmark, you will play a central role in strengthening our position within the specifying tier. You will have a particular responsibility for showcasing and developing our position within the following product portfolio: Seamless flooring systems, Self-leveling screed and subfloor solutions, Roofing solutions and roof membranes, Special sealants and facade solutions. This role is central to our growth strategy, and your primary task will be to drive growth through close collaboration with architects, consulting engineers, clients, and main contractors, ensuring that Sika's solutions are selected and maintained throughout the project's value chain. You will become a vital sparring partner for project decision-makers and have the opportunity to influence material selection and technical solutions in the early project phases. Your responsibilities: Build and develop relationships with architects, consultants, clients, and main contractors nationwide; Work purposefully with the specification of Sika's solutions within the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, military facilities, airports, and the healthcare sector; Identify and develop new project opportunities; Provide consultancy on technical solutions with a focus on functionality, sustainability, and documentation.
