CAS | Senior Data Engineer (Preferably for women)

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, in an opportunity preferentially aimed at women, to work with data integration, engineering, governance, and delivery. The position will have a strong technical role in building and evolving pipelines, ingestions, data marts, tables, and dashboards, as well as translating business needs into data solutions. It will also play a role in technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with different areas, contributing to the quality, scalability, and evolution of the data strategy. Integrate and automate new data sources into the data lake and data warehouse, ensuring accessible and usable data. Create, maintain, and optimize pipelines and data ingestion processes, focusing on quality, performance, sustainability, and cost. Develop integrations for high-complexity sources and databases. Create and maintain data marts, schemas, and tables in the raw, trusted, and refined layers. Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and governance, supporting documentation and cataloging. Translate business rules and needs into data requirements and technical solutions. Build advanced tables and dashboards to support analysis and insight generation. Work in partnership with analysts and scientists.
