Technical Carpentry & Production Manager (Remote, Midshift)

ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Carpentry & Production Manager to oversee and manage technical millwork, cabinetry, and custom woodwork projects. This role will serve as the primary technical authority for the production team, bridging practical job-site execution with remote project coordination. The successful candidate will leverage extensive field experience in custom carpentry, cabinetry, installation, and assembly to review technical plans, verify site measurements, oversee CNC machining workflows, and guide production teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial drafting through final installation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Oversight & Project Management: Review, audit, and provide technical input on drawings, cutting lists, joinery details, and exploded views to ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and buildability. Team Leadership & Communication: Manage and guide technical draftsmen and production staff, resolve technical bottlenecks, and communicate precise requirements across teams. Site & Installation Coordination: Evaluate site measurements, assembly requirements, fitment tolerances, hardware selection, and installation conditions using extensive hands-on field knowledge. CNC & Manufacturing Integration: Oversee CNC production workflows, nested routing, cutting lists, and material utilization to maintain production accuracy and minimize material waste. Quality Control: Ensure
