About the Role We are seeking a Data Engineer to join a growing digital solutions team. The successful candidate will build, maintain, and optimise an AWS and Snowflake data platform that supports internal analytics and external data products. This role involves developing reliable data pipelines, implementing data quality controls, managing data workflows, and ensuring secure and efficient data delivery. Working closely with the Data Architect and distributed teams, the Data Engineer will help translate platform standards into scalable, production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, AWS, and Snowflake, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality, security, and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimise production-grade data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using AWS and Snowflake. Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines and manage schema evolution across application databases and external data sources. Develop and maintain workflow orchestration, including error handling, retries, monit
