The Role The Business Analyst translates valuation and operational business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide the design and development of WBP's software solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs and the development team, the role ensures solutions deliver practical business value. The initial focus is WBP's new mobile valuation application, with other development and BAU work as priorities require. Key Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Participate in workshops, observation sessions and conduct interviews and other discovery activities with valuers, SMEs and business stakeholders. Analyze existing valuation workflows, reporting processes, systems, pain points and improvement opportunities. Elicit and define business, functional and non-functional requirements for WBP's new and existing applications. Identify assumptions, dependencies, constraints, risks and gaps requiring clarification or decision.
