The typical goal of their initiatives is to advance their DEIB strategic goals through interventions, workshops and other experiences. They also want to ensure the company remains compliant with federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. You would be responsible for helping move target initiatives forward and serve as the point person driving this effort. The ideal candidate should have strong DEIB practitioner experience and stakeholder management skills, as they may be interfacing with Global/dispersed HR Leads and coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.
