Key Responsibilities The Procurement Manager oversees the full procurement lifecycle — from requisition through delivery — ensuring every transaction aligns with SFM policies, quality standards, and operational readiness requirements. This role leads to strategic sourcing initiatives that strengthen supplier performance, improve cost and quality outcomes, and expand SFM’s nationwide vendor network. The manager conducts high‑impact supplier negotiations, secures competitive terms, and drives continuous improvement through structured supplier performance management.
