Value Delivery Manager Role Description In this role, you will be the dedicated guide and trusted partner for our clients, accompanying them throughout their journey with Shibumi . As the Value Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired business outcomes, leveraging Shibumi ’s critical capabilities, and driving value through quick wins, big wins, and transformational wins. You will play a key role in coordinating and engaging the right account team resources, ensuring a seamless and effective client experience. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and collaborate with them to map out a strategic plan for achieving those outcomes using our platform. Lead collaborative workshops with customers to memorialize their desired outcomes, facilitate the translation of those outcomes into clear actions in our platform, and plan the execution for the engagement. Serve as the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, being a primary point of contact and advocate for those clients within our organization. Manage the client through the journey, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing success, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless experience at every stage. Drive and facilitate the development of a high performing SPM program for our clients, leveraging our platform's capabilities to deliver tangible business value and ROI. Actively monitor client health, success criteria, and engagement.
