We're looking for a Bookkeeper to serve as the financial backbone for the client's thriving, family-owned business portfolio. A highly efficient and proactive due to the fast-paced nature of the business, where errors can lead to significant financial consequences. This is a high-impact role managing the full-cycle bookkeeping for two different industries – retail and supermarket across seven locations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all financial data, ensuring that the constant flow of invoices and bank feeds is translated into organized, actionable records. What are you expected to do? Accounts Payable (AP) & Purchasing Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoices, purchases, supplier payments, expenditures, and supplier statement reconciliations across multiple store locations. Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
