Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering

The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering leads Human Resources Business Partners and provides HR leadership and expertise to senior managers, hiring managers and employees. Guides and manages Human Resources services, policies, and programs within assigned business unit(s) in US and Canada. Partners with Human Resources team on practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with emphasis on integrity, empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment. Develops, implements and enforces employment policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
