Project and Change Lead (Finance Transformation)

As a Project and Change Lead , you will combine hands-on project delivery and practical change management to support execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program. You will be part of a global Finance transformation program (~200 projects, 70% finance-driven), driving the delivery and adoption of multiple initiatives. You will ensure that projects are not only completed, but successfully embedded into the business and delivering real impact. Acting as the key link between program structure, stakeholders, and impacted teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and execution focus across a complex and fast-moving portfolio. This is a practitioner role - you will focus on doing, coordinating, and delivering, not only designing frameworks.
