Management Engineer

1. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to meet business needs through scalable and user-friendly solutions. 2. Integrate Power BI with sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and other platforms to ensure a reliable and up-to-date data flow that supports decision-making. 3. Optimize and automate reporting processes using efficient models and advanced DAX measures to reduce load times and improve performance and user experience. 4. Gather and analyze information requirements from various departments to transform business needs into visual solutions that facilitate data analysis. 5. Document models, reports, update flows, and business logic, applying governance and security policies to facilitate maintenance, continuity, and responsible use of information. 6. Provide support and training to end-users to strengthen reporting usage and encourage data-driven decisions based on analyzed and cleansed data. 7. Participate in planning, tracking, execution, testing, and continuous improvement of reporting projects to ensure delivery within deadlines and required specifications, incorporating user feedback.
